Our church’s story in Argonia
- 1882
A Friends meeting begins.
The first meeting of Friends in the Argonia area began northeast of Conway Springs. A year later, the Argonia meeting moved to a schoolhouse just east of town.
- 1979
A home on North Pine.
Argonia Friends moved to its current home at 202 N. Pine. The first service in this building was held on December 16, 1979.
Our shared faith points to Jesus.
We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s Son, who died for our sins and rose again. The Bible guides our faith and life together. Our mission is to glorify God by proclaiming His Word, sharing fellowship, equipping believers and sharing Christ with the world.
